Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Australia — metro, regional, and remote. Some remote postcodes may take a little longer; we'll flag it at checkout if so.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves our hands. No account needed — just click and follow along.
What if something arrives damaged?
Snap a photo and get in touch within 7 days — we'll sort a replacement or refund, no hoops to jump through.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes — just message us ASAP with your order number and the correct address.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we're keeping it local for now while we get the Aussie side running smoothly first.
