Sometimes the harness is the wrong size, or your cat just hates the bed on principle. Here's how returns work — plain and simple.

- Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Faulty or damaged on arrival
- Wrong item sent by us — our mistake, our cost
- Tags and labels still attached
✕ Not returnable
- Opened food, treats, or consumables (health and safety rules, sorry)
- Items that have been used, worn, or chewed (by the pet, not by you, we hope)
- Anything marked "final sale" at checkout
- Gift cards
How to send something back
Get in touch
Email us your order number and what's coming back.
Get your label
We'll send a return label or instructions within 1 business day.
Send it off
Pack it up and drop it at any post office.
Get refunded
Refund processed within 5 business days of us receiving it.
How you get your money back
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Store credit is also available on request, with a little bonus thrown in.

Wrong size or colour? Let us know and we'll swap it over — no need to return and reorder separately.

Who pays for return shipping?
If it's faulty or we sent the wrong item, it's on us. If you've just changed your mind, return postage is at your own cost.
How long does a refund take to show up?
We process it within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.
Can I return a sale item?
Sale items follow the same 30-day window unless marked "final sale" — that'll be clearly flagged on the product page and at checkout.
My pet destroyed it within a day. Faulty or fair game?
If it's a genuine durability fault, we'll sort it. If it's just an enthusiastic chewer doing chewer things, that one's between you and them.
